The University’s Partnership Development team connects you to the University’s research expertise, specialist facilities and advise on ways to engage with the University. There are many ways to engage with the University depending on your requirements, examples are noted below:
A KTP enables you to access the University’s knowledge, skills, expertise and Government funding (of up to 67%) to improve business performance. It’s a three-way collaboration between the University, a private or public sector business and a graduate working on a project geared to your strategic growth. The application process is fully supported with a high success rate.

Consultancy enables you to establish relationships with either individual academics or an expert team drawn from different areas of cutting-edge research. It can be used to enhance your organisation's research capabilities, access specialist testing facilities or hire in trusted expertise to tackle time-critical and complex challenges.
Research can be undertaken on your behalf and/or in collaboration. This could take the form of sponsored PhDs, secondments, contract or collaborative research.

If you are an SME in the manufacturing, technology or creative industry sectors, the iNet can connect you to expertise at Loughborough and the national university network. It offers advice and connections to access support from research institutes, initial business and market research, and Grant funding towards capital investment and revenue costs for product development, innovation and growth projects.

The University’s Careers Network offers wealth of opportunities to meet, work with and recruit skilled and motivated students and graduates. A 50% discount is offered to Campus Partners to attend any of its Recruitment Fairs, free vacancy advertising, one free target email to students per year, one-to-one consultancy to assist in promoting student placements, vacation internships, and student insight days, opportunities to hold drop-ins on campus to promote career opportunities and contribution to mock assessment centres for students including free of charge company promotion. Campus partners have access to Lboro Connect, a student and alumni networking and mentoring platform.

Fire marshal training is free for campus partners. First Aid Training is £115 for the three-day course and £85 for the two-day re-qualification. Fire extinguisher training is also available on request. The training is free if provided in conjunction with University staff training. Charges apply if not. Fire extinguisher training forms part of fire marshal training
